1. Try to unplug and reinstall the NVMe and see if the problem persists
2. Install your MTE250S on the other NVMe slot on the motherboard and see if the problem persists
3. Use a different NVMe SSD and see if the problem persists
4. Install your MTE250S in a different PC and see if the problem persists
