brand new ssd or taken from previous pc?
similar symptom with my dying ssd
i thought windows corrupted but restart again and everything's fine
few more cycles and kissed good bye to my files
no warning from crystaldisk whatsoever

any way you can try to test the ssd using another mobo? another pc maybe? see if it goes away
for RMA, do you need to prove the item is faulty first or claim first then the manufacturer will verify it for you?
