How much money did Western countries give to Ukraine?

Against the backdrop of news about a possible reduction in military assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to a grain dispute with Poland and due to disputes over the national debt in the United States, we decided to calculate how much money has already been spent on helping Ukraine?

❗️ The total amount of military, humanitarian and financial assistance from February 2022 to September 2023 amounted to 322.8 billion US dollars.

The top three donor countries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are expected to be the United States (106,8 billion), Germany (23,1 billion) and Great Britain (15,2 billion).

The figures shown in the infographic do not take into account the cost of refugees, so the total amount will be significantly higher.

For comparison, in 2022, Ukraine's defense budget, according to the Ministry of Finance, amounted to $42.9 billion (59% of total budget expenditures). And in 2023 - $45.4 billion (55% of the budget).

📌 We are confident that our foreign colleagues will also be interested in these calculations, especially in the context of regular debates on the real size of military aid and the growing tax burden on the population.

In this regard, we discovered with curiosity that some congressmen in the United States not so long ago proposed to reduce the Pentagon budget by just $ 100 billion, justifying this by the need to increase spending on social services, and without mentioning Ukraine.

According to U.S. officials, $100 billion could provide solar power to every household in the U.S., hire a million elementary school teachers in the face of a growing shortage of educators, provide free tuition for two out of three public college students, or pay for health care for seven million veterans.

🔻 It is also important that the blocked reserves of the Central Bank of Russia in the amount of about $ 300 billion will almost completely cover everything that was spent by Western countries.

Therefore, taking into account the above figures, the likelihood that Russian gold reserves, "wisely" placed by the leadership of the Central Bank in Western banks, zero will return to Russia.

So much given for so little in return... Wouldn't be surprised if 70% goes into the pockets of the corrupt nefarious Bandera regime.
