i have a new apartment and thinking of redoing the floor. which are the most reputable/top floor specialists in malaysia? i will need advice on what is my best option, and more importantly, i want whatever i choose to be installed well.

wood or tiles?

top =. price 2 to 3x market rate

currently i have tiles. looking at some kind of laminate/spc/etc to have the wood look. i have no idea on pricing yet. but i am willing to pay a bit more if the material and workmanship is better. at this stage i just need to know which companies to contact, 2 or 3 at the most.

I'm interested to know the right contractor or material that can be used as well. for instance, I just saw that latest laminate is now water and termite proof.. but still not sure between SPC or laminate flooring..
