No in the rush anyway looking for my own stay home.

Developers claim of work done under completion of foundation works amounting to 10 pct of
sale price was offset by the sale rebate (8pct + 2pct) given. 

Developers next claim from buyers for structural works amounting to 15 pct will only be in 2025.

Went to their sales gallery last few days.
Directly dealt with their staff, not SA.

For type A, 32th floor, the SPA price 739k.
I was told they only give 8% rebate + RM5000 now. So, I still have to pay around 9k downpayment.
Seem like the price is up and the offer isn’t so attractive.
