Anyone can buy whatever they want as long as they can afford it in normal country. actually N.Korea not suppose to get all those imported goods anyway, sanction like hell & no international trade pact etc, but they find a way to get those thing for their elites, why is that?it's Haram probably according to their God leader to enjoy western goods....

Even if it's from China for certain item, it's going to be like a smuggling operation, probably because of WTO and other international trade treaty thing. Singapore too have this issue back then coz some detect their shipping thing try to export something there. There's tons of shipping tricks for them to get their things.
