Hi all , I could use some feedback on this project.
I'm having a dilemma between this and eco sanctuary bohemia
Since the pricing is very similar but sejati is a freehold and individual title compared to bohemia' s leasehold and strata title.
Both is located in pretty much matured township. Any advise is appreciated
Project selected is
Sejati lakside phase 2 , 2-Storey Semi-Detached Lake Home
Bohemia 2 storey semi d cluster.
