It can't coz the fan clips meant for 25mm thickness fan only...
but u could always use some trick like zip tie or twist wire to mount it to the cooler .... |

I go to the one that nearby Pudu Plaza ... there's few hawker stall outside of the shop selling chicken rice...
It has some industrial fans on the shelf right after entering the shop .... |

there's already few review about Ultima 90 that it perform on par with Ultra-120 and Noctua ...
