I want to find a small farmer who can supply fresh cow milk directly. Must be full cream/not skimmed and no water added.
My source recently sold his dairy cow herd, and quit dairy production. Sad.
Packaged milk is not suitable for my purpose. Must find from a local producer.
If anyone knows a local producer in or near Penang that would like to sell, please let me know. Usually consume ~10 liters per week.

I don't sell it. Just small batch for health/personal consumption. Some close to parmesan, cheddar, and gouda, but it's made without additives and unsalted so will not taste quite the same.
