Frequently moisturizing the skin is a must. Also reducing nuts and wheat based food intake helps a lot for me.
Some people can't have eggs and soy products. Depends on your body I guess.

QUOTE(Twins10 @ Jun 1 2023, 05:02 PM) My remedy Is vinegar. Shower gel buy Johnson 5.5 buts it's hard to find. Keep bottle of vinegar. Apply where you have itches. Burn like hell. Thank me in 1 month. No steroid cream. You use cheap regular vinegar or apple cider vinegar? I've heard about this tip before but not mentioned what kind of vinegar you need.

QUOTE(loserguy @ Sep 24 2023, 11:20 PM) This might be wrong, but no harm (I hope). I had a colleague many years back who had an eczema problem. He got it under control by using anti dandruff shampoo to replace his regular shampoo. Again, sos is mapren so YMMV, but hey it's only a few ringgit a bottle so ... He had eczema on his scalp? Could be Psoriasis because psoriasis can occur on scalp as well. Or maybe simple allergy since he had everything under control after changing anti dandruff shampoo.
