I need to download/update apps from US Apple store. Example "Max (HBO), Disney+) but my current account + region is Malaysia. If I change region in apple setting will cause remove all the subcription - Apple One, YouTube and Adobe.
Any other way just use VPN change US and the store will appear US apps? |

Using VPN won't change your region. It follows your account setting.
