If it's for investment, no need to rush into buying (as you dont need to die die need certain view / level, it wont transact into your rental income), take your time to study all the high rise around the area vs those with similar attributes, and try to visit more showrooms / project sites. Also don't limit yourself to new projects, go visit existing subsales so you can know what's the market price and rental yield like. Unless you're super rich, make sure you are well informed before your purchase.
