When a cheft puts durian into ramen or ramen into a durian then fail.

They don't reuse the shell. Once no more shell then it's sold out.

Ramen is innovation dish in Japan, and it can put anything.

I think it was unwise. Those who owns any durian trees by the river bank or pond will know, that once the durian falls into water & not immediately remove from the water, the durian shell will absorb the water & spoiled the fruit.

The ramen serves in the durian shell, if you are slow eater , all the ramen”s broth will be absorbed by the shell.
