I'm upgrading an old system (socket A Sempron). I plan to get an athlon64 x2 4000 plus a mobo. The choice either the Biopstar TA690G or 560 A2(AM2). Which is more OC'able as I also have some future proof in mind.

hi guys, i previously had a socket A system and did only some light casual OC-ing. Now I got this system :

Athlon 64 X2 4000+ 45w Brisbane G1 (Currently at 210*10.5=2205 and memory at CPU/7)
2 x 1gb mushkin 667
Biostar TA690G

Are there any guide explaining the bios settings? I cant find the memory dividers.

Another thing is my idle temps is around 38-40C with Cool N Quiet off. Is this okay or do I need to reset the heatsink?
