hey, listen....i am a realllll nooobie on overclocking...i hope someone can give me a step by step guideline on how to overclock my processor. here are my specs,

AMD athlon X2 3800 2.1mhz
1GB Kingston DDR400 X2
Artic Cooler freezer pro 7.

pls help me out someone...

i wanna ask...can graphic cards be overclocked too?

or is there any step-by-step thread in the forum? easy steps to follow guide for newbs...
