QUOTE(casperito @ Nov 10 2007, 08:29 PM) should be... juz like u use high end GC on a low end rig... the graphic or the prooc should bottleneck... I don't so. high end on a low end rig, bottleneck in gaming yes but it won't limit the overclockability of the GC. byfc2010, get a proper cooling for NB. As long as the cpu+board is overclockable, nothing will hold u back except heat. [ Assume ram and psu not holding u back ]

QUOTE(ryudox @ Nov 11 2007, 03:00 AM) the highest FSB i can push is 250..higher than that, restart...i pump the proc volt to 1.4 and vdimm to 2.1....still the same... what is the highest vcore i can go for brisbane 3600? change the HT link multiplier to 3x? if not, please do it. use lower memory divider, eg ddr2-400/533. Overclock your CPU to max first to ensure ur ram is not holding you back. Find the max what your CPU can do, then OC the ram. Brisbane 3600+ should do 270/280HTT easily with stock vcore.

QUOTE(byfc2010 @ Nov 11 2007, 11:02 AM) no i mean limiting the ram or proc... will oc wif onboard graphic limits ocbility of ram n proc... as we are sharing the memory wif our onboard graphic... I don't think so. I been overclocking with TF6100-am2, with onboard vga and pci-e graphics card. The max HTT I can go is the same. Try check with those TA690G and 7050-M2 users, try ask them. Usually is the bios that hold u back, Biostar BIOS always buggy.....

QUOTE(dblooi @ Nov 11 2007, 02:38 PM) nvm, i just wanna reduce few degree of C it will work rite? maybe 1 or 2c drop? at normal atmosphere pressure, it won't help much by adding salt..... That's why phase cooling coming in by then.

HTT, try to set below or near 1000 all the time. Not all AM2 can run stable > HTT 1000
