ROBAM is china brand, famous for heavy cooking fumes. Should be fitting with your requirement.
FUJIOH also got few range, good ones usually around 6k

Since 1997

they delivered 6 boxes.. havent unpacked yet.

I use this model for the new place, close to 1 year. Good suction, easy to clean, and made in japan.

not really, you can use rubber wood panels to build kitchen carcass, now there is acacia and merbau panels also.

then the doors and end panels can be usual solid nyatoh or american oak if they feel rich

yea i think so.. it comes with both recycle/vent options.. but we use recycle option, so many metal panels for vent option, we didnt use.

actually you can open inside and see... very empty tin kosong. only the oil smasher is the hi tech device.
