Heartbreaking to see OngTeo still stuck at QF again! I wish they could go further. They played some fantastic matches this week. Just no luck. 😭

Well, even though no Malaysians in the finals, the stadium was full. I was expecting China to conquer all 5 disciplines. Thanks to SYQ...saving grace for China, haha.

I went there to watch. Happy to see newly paired WD (Japan) and XD (Thailand) pairs beat China. Wow!! They were in top form. No way our local favourites could win these 2 pairs, if they were to play with them.

Jun Hao's engine start very slow one.
First set..
1-7 then 3-11.
Then he could level up to 17-17.
But lost it eventually.

Glad he picked up the next two games and won Li SF for the very first time. 🤣💪👏

Next, he's meeting Weng Hong Yang, i think. 🫣

But ManTee not so lucky. Lost again. 😭
Good effort though. At least they could win 1 set. Haha.
