I am also curious why no one share their thought on this project.
Is it true that this project just launch 6 months ago? Current selling price is around 815 psf after rebate which seems to be very attractive price.
Is it correct that they originally launch at higher price and now has reduce price due to fews take up the project? Heard project is close to 90% fully booked, but not sure if it is real or not.
The other 2 condo near by Colony by Infinitium and Quill Residences market price is about 1000 psf and the latest auction sold price at Colony is 900 psf (715k for 795 sqft).
The surrounding area is the most worry me on this project which technically is already in Chow Kit.
Since already have 2 condo nearby and Quill Residence just handover the key this year, not sure if occupancy will take up so many units in next few years or not. Back to previous concern are there working professional will rent and stay here? Or this would be only can target Airbnb?
Pros:
1) 5 min Walking distance to Monorial
2) Quill Mall for daily grocery need and dining. Not expecting clouded mall.
3) 5 star hotel theme with sky pool at top floor, and other facilities at top floor. Appears to be more luxury compare with Quill and Colony.
4) Attractive PSF
Cons:
1) Surrounding area not good, chow kit.
2) No future development in chow kit
3) No MRT/LRT
