2 weeks seems like probation period
if you just started to works...usually they just let you go without paying.

Example, you works for 2 weeks...and you resign....then they pay you nothing je...

I think you are saying "Some" try to be pattern pattern when they serving the remaining 2 weeks...
i hardly trust it is real....when they have no proof to give, but say it only...

I met too many Tenant gave the same rubbish when the say they dont want to rent anymore....

For those resign....and want pattern
"Mama Sakit Berat" "Family Emergency" "Need balik Kampung"
And yes. the reason get circulated sometimes too...

We sometimes know the reasons are fake.... is wonder why ppl scare to tell the truth....what are they so afraid of? Still jaga face before wanna go meh?

Just ask if you can leave earlier....you are no use to stay there for that 2 weeks ma...
