Want to ask sifu-sifus here, usually when agent asking for booking fee, do they provide any document for it? If no then they lari with the money then macam mana?

receipt is after payment done wor, what about any document before pay? technically they can run after taking booking fee without giving u a receipt no?

thats the thing about receipt, its only provided after. i see some website say provide letter of offer for booking but nobody seems to talk about it much, not even my family members who rented out other places. is this letter not commonly provided before deposit is paid?

as added info, i just checked http://search.lppeh.gov.my/ and found his name there under negotiator... should be trustable hor...
