Means you created VPN yourself.. then you need to get people that you share Netflix also access your VPN, once every 30 days? Good workaround.

1) I don't have that knowledge to do it. Even if I learn, common people have no idea.

2) Does this means if someone accessing my VPN and downloads prawn torrents, it means that I'm the one doing it?

ayam share within family only, so ayam trust them and i also know they nub about IT thingy
so my home got vpn if ayam outside and want access ayam NAS
depend on router (asus and tplink got this function) , can create private VPN server in router
then get ddns (liek noip.com), our home ip is dynamic, so ddns will help u autochange ur ip to DNS (called as Dynamic DNS)

I use maxis router, but I do have spare tplink AC router at home, not sure can create private vpn or not, will check it spec.

maxis use CGNAT, so you can't directly connect from internet to your router. you need public ip subscription for that (RM10/mo)
