So in summary:

1. Household members (eg. 4 members) only those who resides in our own house, using the only same wifi router?
2. If any of the household members goes OUTSIDE, can still considered part of household members?

3. At the moment, i am sharing with 3 other friends, so that makes 4 people “household members. RM55/4 = ~RM14 monthly.

If existing plan is RM55 (4K HDR) can only support up to 2 new extra members, that means my 2 friends will have to fork up RM13+RM14 yes?
Then the other friend will not be able to share with me? She will have to create a new netflix membership on her own?
