I can't see in bright light. Right now I m using polarised glasses. It's working fine, can see clearly under bright sunlight.
But, I can't see shit on PC/phone screen wearing it.
Now without that polarised glasses, I can only see the screen if the background is not white. Has changed most apps to dark mode, but some apps don't have this option.
Are there any glasses that can reduce glare from screen?
This polarised glasses can be use on "real world" under sunlight only and not for computer screen.

QUOTE(kuntilanak @ May 23 2023, 04:33 PM) have you gotten your eyes checked by optometrist? are you using any prescription glasses? checked in gov hosp early this month. they advised me to use that polarised glasses. I dunno if she is optometrist, but she is a doctor in Oftalmologi dept in shah alam hosp, I read somewhere optometrist is not a doctor. Also I have minor cataract that can wait few years before need surgery. It could be the cataract that cause it? In 2 years I should go to klinik kesihatan to get referral letter again for the cataract. Maybe in few days I will get referral letter for this computer screen glare, maybe they can give another advise. The queue after making appointment quite long. Last time was 4 months.

afaik, optometrist is the one making prescription glasses. they're not doctors. eye doctors check and treat for eye defects such as cataract and diabetes-related eye disease. you may need to visit both to pin down the cause.
take care.
