Currently 195/55R15 Toyo Ne3 hardened (entering 6 year from MD) and had slight cip (>10mm wide, 5mm deep perhaps) on side wall, the thread still deep.

My budget is limited as per title, above what I found as mid range comfort tire. I am still undecided, after scroll through the forum.
