SF is also facing same problem

So when all the company move into pnb118, there would be an extra 10% office space in kl

That means how many percent?

London also.. I've got WeWork all access membership, and I like going to Wework buildings around in London. From the windows of the office, I see huge spaces in empty office buildings..even in Canary Wharf.

this one is due to sunk cost corruptions already....

too late to cancel, so must complete and try to fill as much as possible. else full write off and all properties at the surrounding area will crash in price.
(highly suspect corrupted politicians hold lands/properties at those areas too)

The problem is a grade office in KL is lacking . All those grade b c who want to rent ? I remember going to an interview in PJ for a law Company .. the ground floor is Like pudu raya

Kecian KL thinks can woo MNCs away from Singapore but ended up no investors are Coming, leaving these tall buildings empty
