There is a way to do it, I just fxrk up my Yi Dashcam last Friday, tried many method and finally managed to rescue it yesterday. And swapped it to English firmware on the China unit recording is clear and sharp.

BTW, I use my Yi Dashcam since 2015, company me for 3 cars now. Quite a durable dashcam I must say. However, SDcard had to be changed for 2 times during this period.
