Finally got myself a new house after a 3 months forage and seeing more than 30 houses. Didnt know getting a land property is that difficult (of course I am a difficult buyer myself ) Shout out to peeps out there, once you get the right one, dont hesitate, grab it!

Now i plan to do few things: -

1. to erect a car porch. Depending on costs, I m deciding between RC car porch or the glass awning type. The former would require wet work from contractor whilst the latter do not need that. The porch is currently empty (because the owner embraces tropical living ) and I wish to erect a 25 x 20 car porch.

2. to extend the back room to the balcony. The owner, who owns an architect firm, told me that the column and foundation are all done up. As such, I can just extend the room to the current balcony. There is already opening in the back room which accesses to the balcony. I want to extend a further 10 x 10.

3. Thinking whether to redo the gate. I plan to fit in 2 cars and both of my cars are pretty long. Not sure whats the minimum gate size to create enough opening to actually accomodate 2 cars. I dont mind slanting my car a bit while parking. Anyway, may KIV this due to budget constraint.

Anyone has good contractor recommendation and could guestimate how much the costs would be. Pocket already big hole from the house purchase.
