prefer;

- near KL than PJ
- freehold
- residential title
- low density
- nearby mrt or lrt
- 1,000sqf +- with 3 rooms
- 2 car parks

most important question is ....... budget?

Check out the Sunway ones:
- Belfield, Alishan, Artessa, all freehold

Not sure about others, didn't focus on KL

all the criteria for you to be present in 1 condo, but 500psf

if outside of KL/PJ area, there's plentiful

can check outskirts of cheras, setapak, as well as subang area

but if you want all these + within near KL/PJ area, rather impossible unless lelong
