This is one of those affordable housing like selling RM300K those day. so if we commented the quality, are we comparing the similar product of 300k affordable housing ? must compare apple to apple.
outside look ok jer... and location is superb, with walking distance to shops and mrt.

Really poor responsibility by the developer. Lift broke 2 weeks after vp and almost every week people would be trapped. Damn anxiety every time go in lift. Major electrical issue for one whole block. Boom gate broken. All this within 3 months of vp. Can you imagine new apartment got these problem? Wont be shocked after few years if lift jatuh terus.

MO also very sneaky and dishonest in defect check process. The dev office is in the same apartment, still can choose to ignore the problem. Simply say cannot fix this and that and dont want to put in writings so you will have hard time. Have to come out with warning letter and chase to tribunal baru mau fix. For those newbie in property, gg kena tipu buta buta

To those saying oh its 300k project, ther's difference in terms of quality and standard of service. Alot of owners are not expecting high quality item, but more pissed towards the way developer handle the problem. 300k project, lift broken every few days, u think leh? 300k for 800sqft is not that cheap mind you.

Con7firm hollow. My wife's unit, bathroom, 50% hollow. Hall 30% hollow. Cannot brain. And our unit and block are considered the "lucky" one. The other block damn gg, hollow till blackhole. Our defect report got 37 pages considered light. Other got until 80++ pages 😂
