hi can anyone recommend probiotics with enteric coated capsule? i tried ro look at pharmacy and look like it is uncommon. most pharmacy doesnt have such product.

Alternatively, eat lots of whole veggies and fruits, for long enough duration of 4 weeks and feel your microbiome change. Professionals do not give this advise because its not commercially profitable to them.
