RM 8.50/ sqft not including others. still cheaper change tile ?

really got extra budget only go thicker

my friend said even water proof laminate flooring kembang when exposed to water.

maybe its a good idea to have some spares.

Laminate floor and spc different material right?

Btw i wonder spc can tahan if put large 2 doors fridge on it or not.

dunno, looks the same to me (SPC, vinyl, laminate)

i just suggesting you to have some spares (5% or above) after installation

I think not the same. It use stone plastic composite. Never heard it kembang becos of water but heard the teeth broke down and pop up. Need to redo everythg once it happened.

SPC, Laminate and Vinyl are all different types of flooring

different materials and construction

water resistant but not water proof

SPC for house 4mm thick sufficient enough including an underlay below, Pm me I got supply as well

got mine at promotion price Rm3.50 per sqft (3.5mm) spc from floordepot around 2021. cant tell a diff even with 8mm flooring.

Change tiles je, a good installer and the tiles won't pop out forever

What about epoxy flooring. Was checking this out as I don't like to see the floor seems/lines

you better ask quote for whole complete installation...the most expensive is the skirting and stairs...many corners
