I recently joined a newly established private investment company at the beginning this year, after being poached by my ex-boss. The purpose of me joining this company is that I would like to delve deeper in the analysis/ investment sector of finance. My previous two roles were as a insolvency consultant in a medium audit firm (6 months) and as a senior exec (1y 2months) at a small trustee.
Within this past 5 months the work has been sporadic and the job scope has shifted into a marketing/ business development role where I am tasked to source to procure new clints by connecting with our targeted segments.
The pay is average, however of late there have been salary delays of not exceeding 2 weeks (after the 7th) and the EPF contributions for April & May have not been made. Potential reflags.
I have started looking for jobs (not seriously) in the meantime as I am afraid the company will go under/ the job scope not aligned to my preferences.
Problem being is how am I to convince my prospective employer that my job hopping is justifiable (except the 1st job where I could not handle the work-life balance), do I state outright in the resume the reasons for me leaving those roles?
