RULES & REGULATIONS for OFFSHORE and BOAT BOOKINGS

1.POLL WILL BE CONDUCTED 1ST PRIOR TO BOOKINGS TO MAKE UP NUMBERS OF INTERESTED PARTIES.
2.ONCE A TRIP IS CONFIRMED BY HAVING QUOTA MET FOR BOAT THEN BOOKING WILL BE MADE.
3.ONCE BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE, A DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED
4.DATE OF DEPOSIT COLLECTION AND AMOUNT WILL BE DECIDED BY THE PERSON WHO MADE THE BOOKINGS.
5.DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID ON THE DATE DECIDED BY THE BOOKING PARTY OR EARLIER.
6.FFK PARTY OR PARTIES WILL HAVE THEIR DEPOSIT FORFEITED.
7.FORFEITED AMOUNT WILL THEN BE USED TO OFFSET BALANCE TO BE PAID OF REMAINING MEMBER AND REPLACEMENT(IF ANY).
8.IF FFK PARTY OR PARTIES CAN JUSTIFY THEIR FFK (EG. FAMILY EMERGENCY OR JOB EMERGENCY .. FAILURE TO OBTAIN LEAVE IS NOT AN EXCUSE AS FFK PARTY SHOULD HAVE HAD THEIR LEAVE APPROVE BEFORE CONFIRMING) THEN THE ORIGINAL REMAINING PARTY CAN CHOOSE TO REFUND OR PARTIAL OR NOT THE FFK PARTY OR PARTIES.
9.REFUND OF ANY SORT WILL BE VOTED BASED ON MAJORITY OF THE REMAINING PARTY IN FORUM OPENLY TO BE FAIR.


FURTHER MATTERS PERTAINING TO OFFSHORE TRIPS

AS RESPONSIBLE ANGLERS WE SHOULD HIGHLIGHT C&R.
ALSO IN THE SPIRIT OF COMRADESHIP I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT SOME OTHER POINT.

1.FISH CONSIDERED OF NOT GOOD EATING QUALITY (EG. TALANG, GT) BELOW 3KG SHOULD BE C&R. ANYTHING ABOVE 3KG IS UP TO THE ANGLER TO CAUGHT THE FISH.
2.FISH CONSIDERED AS GOOD EATING FISH (EG. KERAPOO, ANGCHO) IS ENTIRELY UP TO THE ANGLER WHO CAUGHT THE FISH TO DECIDE WHETHER TO C&R OR C&EAT.
3.IN THE EVENT ALL ANGLERS WILL BE HAVING MEAL(S) TOGETHER, AN ALLOCATION OF FISH CAUGHT WILL BE USED FOR THE MEAL(S) AS A SPORTING AND COMRADESHIP SPIRIT.
4.IF THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH FISH TO BE SERVED AS MEALS, THE REMAINING FISH WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AMONGST THE ANGLERS. ANY ANGLER(S) MAY REFUSE THE FISH. FISH WILL BE THEN TAKEN BY ANYBODY WHO WANTS THEM.

Question on CnR

As talang or GT is not a good eating fish due to the harshness of the flesh, the smaller ones can keep for food. Larger ones lagi "lokoh"/harsh, might as well release it.

Talang: Below 3 kg can keep, above MUST release
GT: Below 1.5 kg can keep, above MUST release

Just my 2 cents

sifu.... my idea is.... CnR all the talang or GTs leh....nomatter what size... if u want eat them better go pasal buy lor rite boh....

the above R&R is not finalised one maa .. so can always comment and agree or disagree ... we will try and finalised these R&Rs by end of this month after everybody has had a good read and understand and raised their comments and concerns ... then we can modify or change or insert or delete new R&R lorrr .. hehehehehe

angchor n kelapu were bottom dwellers.. when u pump them up from bottom .. their bladder sure come out mia.. no point CnR.. u throw them back they will die also.. why not put them inside our tummy instead ?
