COMPLAIN TO KPKT

I have a dispute with developer on LAD and they have not reponded well with my letters. So, anyone have experience go to tribunal with KPKT regarding this issue? or know how to proceed my complaint to KPKT? i already kept all documents & letter needed as evidence.
