Okra is low in calories but packed full of nutrients. The vitamin C in okra helps support healthy immune function. Okra is also rich in vitamin K, which helps your body clot blood.

Yes love it. Good source of fibre and can see biji bijirin in my poop means it does work well like. Ball bearing rolling my poop thru the system

Biji in poo means the seed did not digest into blood stream just went through digestive track .... expensive poo.

yup. i like it too. i eat it quite frequently because that's the easiest veggie to buy for me from the supermarket.
