from the video, it look like the car has turn out from junction quite some time as the car look speedy. when we out from junction, the law need people to stop before we turn out. but the video look like the driver drive quite fast and even can send the victim flying.

after hit the victim, the car seem no slowing down before he ramp in to side road. it look like he is not paying attention to road.. my guess, main handphone la....

the court can order telco to check if any message/ high data send out within 10 sec.. which good for evidence.
