but as shown is gmaps, the distance from the stop line to the CCTV location is 10meters
with moto 15kmph @ 4m/s (average out from the stop to max 30kmph at impact)
the time to impact area is 2.5sec

at 2.5sec, the car was 70m away, 70m not enuff time to enter the road?
and some how you forget that moto is also part of a vehicle on the road

this is no different than a car driving past and hitting a moto on a straight road
