But if got see car / motor coming either you go 1st or you stop or slower down and let the other party out 1st
If 2 side also dont want to stop and die die also must go 1st then accident happens, then polis will see who's wrong by accessing the damage part of the vehicle
anyway, based on the line and direction, the motor suppose to let the car clear then only come out..
but this is most motor behavior, they will just cut out and expect the car/motor/lorry will be able to stop or over take them
