I think it safe to say that the rider did stop and go judging from the slow speed she came out of that junction. She would have assume the BMW would do the same, when the BMW reached the junction stop and go, but apparently that was not what the BMW had mind. I don't think the BMW even knows that there Stop & Go on the road he was on.
