correct me if i am wrong.. judging from the video it seems that the motorcyclist did not look properly before going out from the junction..i am sure if you did see a car coming that fast you wont be taking an action by going out like that straight to the middle road.. no i am not taking the BMW side.. i am just looking at the motorcyclist perspective.

is just weird to me if you see a car coming that fast you would'nt go out like that instead you would wait for the car past first only you go out...

There is a white line the BMW should come to full stop

what you say don't matter , because what happen is obviously the car did not stop and the people has died , u cant just say oh there's a white line and every car will stop automatically and i can just go out with a free of mind without looking anything coming or not that's just having the wrong mentality especially as a motorcyclist we have to be extra careful on the road because we are very vulnerable on the road..

it is not what I said but rather what laws says.

by breaking the laws, he is driving recklessly, and then he caused death

this has satisfy all element required to charge him under 'driving recklessly and caused death'

BTW, there isn't any sign BMW driver is even trying to brake.

i understand and know everything you said , but what i was trying to say was , if the motorcyclist have waited just 3 second before recklessly going out like that this would have not happen and again like i said before this is a point of view from a motorcyclist perspective and i am not taking BMW side fact is he broke the law and he is obviously wrong here..
