So real lawbreaker who really fought the law caused death of innocent didn't even get punished?

That is why it does not matter whether motor should be there or not. The problem is the driver whether or not paying enough attention and safe driving. If you cannot pay enough attention and cannot be safe driving then you cannot drive especially to cause death. If you drive below 50 and in good attention definitely cannot kill because definitely can break in time. Just test it another day below 50 and can stop immediately!!

Been to Penang multiple times pre-pandemic, but don't remember seeing the norm for motor to come out junction and straight to the middle or other side of road.

Only in JB did I see these dare devil antics pre-pandemic, motorcycles merging into main roads or coming out of junctions (on coming traffic >60km/h) without a care for their lives or of the huge ass lorry barreling down on them. Cars speeding by next to me while I was sitting on mamak restaurant which placed tables on the road. I kept saying JB is the only place in Malaysia that caused my palms to sweat and grip the steering wheel tightly, and I have >10 yrs of driving experience when I went to JB.

Recently (last 6 months or so) I have been noticing similar dare devil antics (coming out junction without a care for oncoming traffic) in Klang Valley, among motorcyclists and cars. That and the deterioration in common sense among road users is not making my driving experience in Klang Valley a pleasant one. Seems like JB exported their riders to Penang and Klang Valley already.

Anyway, BMW navigation system should able to show how fast the car was moving before the accident, isn't it? Unless BMW Navigation system is so crappy.

because there is a stop line on his lane, that means he should give priority to those at the junction who came first.

it's akin to a roundabout. All parties at the junction has a stop line.

But i have seen drivers la speeding so fast at roundabout and they expect you to stop for him although you are there at the junction first. And those drivers who speed didn't even stop at all, just simply come out from their junction and went into the roundabout just like that. While you are there first, you have to stop for him pulak.
