Blind spot ? The deceased was already 2~3s on the road before the BMW struck from behind directly. Blind is more like the word. LOL The excuses provided to justify that BMW was right is just sheer nonsense. Yup you are spot on that idiot is blind !

To be precise, the BMW driver was not paying any attention at all while driving on that road and that is supported by his own words in his video and the fact that the BMW was already going off the road.

5 years ? Nope I doubt it. Cash is King in these parts of the woods. I do hope I am wrong but I am pretty sure that he will walk away free as a bird, just to run down another unfortunate motorcyclist.

Very true. Making assumptions on the road is the worst thing any road user can do. Thats like a 50% chance only, either escape or get hit.

However for this scenario especially with the BMW going at full speed, there is a possibility that the deceased may not even had seen the BMW coming. Expert members like ImpBron and Mcchin probably might be able to calculate out quite accurately, the speed of the BMW was actually travelling before it collided with the deceased. I don't know, I maths fail.

That's funny. If the deceased wanted to commit suicide, surely the deceased would have rode straight into the BMW. You are like the defendant's counsel in the Teoh Beng Hock case.

A : There are lines there and you stop and follow the procedures exiting a junction. That's all. It is too complex of a situation in trying to explain why should one stop at a junction. Nak faham buat apa ? Lines boleh hilang ? Jangan tanya soalan susah. Jawab pun bukannya boleh faham, nak saya jawab buat apa. Ikut aje la.

Yes it is most wise for all of us to be extra vigilant because we dont even know if the other person behind the wheel, is really fit to drive. Better be safe than sorry.

Recently in a 4x4 group, there was a video posted which showed a 4x4 with a bull bar hitting the back of the Myvi, as the Myvi crossed its path at a cross junction. And that Myvi spinned 90 degrees before hitting another vehicle. So 4x4 members were blaming its Myvi fault etc etc for not driving responsibly etc etc. Senang je aku cakap before the entire thread got deleted. Korang Myvi this, Myvi that, tapi korang sendiri drive responsibly tak ? If one cannot even bring one's vehicle travelling less than 50kmh safely to a full stop, is that driving safely ? Pasal ada bull bar, talk about personal safety etc but what about the other road users ?
