just wondering, was there a curved road before this spot? or just a straight road?
no way the biker couldn't see this car coming fast if that was a straight road. unless biker didn't bother to check at all.

I think it safe to say that the rider did stop and go judging from the slow speed she came out of that junction. She would have assume the BMW would do the same, when the BMW reached the junction stop and go, but apparently that was not what the BMW had mind. I don't think the BMW even knows that there Stop & Go on the road he was on.

Some times in a residential area, ppl love to plant bushes outside of their house, this block vision to see car from left or right side. I always make a stop to clearly check is there any motor,car,kids,elder person, blocked by all these bushes

Anyway, driver probably above speed limit at that stretch of road. Looks like the bike also came out of junction without paying much attention to the car coming from the straight road. Helmet definitely not fasten probably.

I find drawing white line for straight line road very confusing, unless there's early sign of this, most driver won't be able to stop/slow down from going straight unless the driver is familiar with road knowing in advance of the white line.

It's a straight road.

But Penangite rider dah biasa small road turn into big road don't look at on-coming traffic.

The lady went too much to the center, while unlucky there's an Innova stopping on the opposite direction (waiting to turn right), if the BMW wanna avoid the motorbike, it'd slam head-to-head with the Innova.

That portion of the road suddenly narrowed so much due to the landed house curb protruding so much outwards.

Edit: I think rider not stopping when coming out from junction is rather common in BolehLand, not particular to Penangite.... Recall that child died case where the awek came out of the junction like a boss?

When they share accident videos, can see helmet fly off because didn't tie properly. But they never learn from the videos.

the purpose of putting on a helmet is not for protection.
just putting it on because scared get saman. same goes to seatbelts.

I really dislike junctions that have trees or bushes right beside them. It forces outgoing vehicles to jut out more just for the driver to take a look.

And why is the other curb rounded out so much that it eats into the main road?
