You boot as an os and is totally seperated from windowsseriously, there is not much effort required on the user part to setup phoenix using installer. However, before installation you need to go to bio and off secure boot for it to work. you can installed into c drive without the need to partition. speed wise bluestack have no comparision with phoenix os.
