I have been subscribing to 1Password Individual since 2018 with a 20% yearly discount. So now I want to upgrade to Families. Anyone know if the 20% discount will be retained?

I scared to click the upgrade to Families button. Later lose the 20%.

Love 1Password... The only reason for not continuing 1Password subscription due to its subscription price...

Currently using Bitwarden Premium...

I did. Support send me generic reply on how to upgrade to Families. Reddit nobody answer. So far LYN still the most responses.

Update to this. 1Password support replied that the discount is also valid for Families subscription. Good.

Maybe you can contact their customer service to ask question like this, before you actually upgrade to family account.
It is really nice that after years of having to manage 1Password user accounts on the web alone, the company is finally bringing family account management to the app itself. The feature is available now for macOS, Windows, Linux, and Android. It’s coming to iOS ‘later this week.’

I did and they confirmed it. Actually before they replied, I clicked the "upgrade to families" button accidentally. There's no confirmation. Straight away got upgraded to Families. Lucky the discount remained.

Same thing mah. Just cheaper than multiple personal accounts. Can also share to reduce costs. The only thing unique is that you can have a shared vault.
