I think no issue, the egg happened to be " wind eggs, cock eggs, fart eggs, and fairy eggs". Got possibilities the bird to lay the egg without the yolk.

These weird eggs have some equally weird names — they’re also called wind eggs, cock eggs, fart eggs, and fairy eggs. Wind eggs can happen in mature hens but often occur in pullets.

Hi all, thank you for all the inputs and thoughts!

Just want to tell that later on that day, we found the yolk near the egg shell. I ate half of the salted egg and I was fine. So it wasn't without yolk (my bad for saying it without verifying it), just that the yolk was not in the center of the egg.

Make sure you buy the correct salted egg. Nowadays many are selling chicken salted egg instead of the traditional duck salted egg.
