How to claim for water damage from upstairs unit?

Hi guys, wanted to enquire, I live in a condo, recently got water damage from upstairs unit. Management has gotten involved to repair cause of water leakage from upstairs. But I have also have damage from the leaks to my unit. What is the process of claiming costs from your experience?

If it is management responsibility to repair, then you need to claim from management lor.

Cost shall be under management which management will claim from the source (upstairs tenant) always, any damage cause by upstair which affects the tenant below will be beared by the faulty source owner (upstairs).

Inform the management...
Also to the upstairs tenants... Because they the one that cause damage to your units...
Negotiate with them.... Use the management as middle party...
