Might over that if you have big land size. But still it’s very reasonable price already.

No easy to get offer to change LH to FH especially in Malaysia

if I remember correctly...

around PJ or so...

the asking $$$ is over 100k like that... big backlash from the resident there...

PJ case should be just extend leasehold period, not change LH to FH is it. Many banglo in PJ lease period left 20-30years now.


Now Sri petaling case is land office open up for owner to apply the conversion directly, no need court order or others special approval letter as long your unit is under their list.

So all owner advise to apply it ASAP ya before any changes happen in future.

That one need go land office to check already.

By the way all the detail you needed to check eligibility can be found in your Quit Rent Bill / Bil Cukai Tanah.

Mukim / Jenis HakMilik / No HakMilik / No.Lot / PT

This one is more clear with the landmark.
Kesian look like Endah Parade that area is not inside the approved zone.

Only these zone eligible at the moment. Others all excluded lo

Point C- I think pengamal undang-undang refers to notary public? just getting an endorsement there, do correct me if i'm wrong

Point F- I'm guessing that we could just get this Pelan Asal from the land office? Just walk in and purchase it, please correct me too, kam siah notworthy.gif
