Hi, I bought a pair of earbuds from uae back in november last year. Does anyone know if can, and where to claim warranty here in MY?

You can try to contact sennheiser distributor in Malaysia for help. Since you bought in UAE,you have to ask them and see whether can claim here or not. Hope this helps.
